Notes:

• The list will be updated at the beginning of each calendar year.

• Entities operating on securities that are licensed for market making activity, and registered by the Exchange, must adhere to the announced list. In all cases, Muscat Stock Exchange reserves the right to establish and publish a list of securities for each market maker separately.

• Market maker may submit a request to study and identify a specific security to practice market-making activity on, and Muscat Stock Exchange will consider the possibility of approving the request.

• If any listed security is excluded from the attached list, the market maker shall promptly undertake the required corrective actions according to the specified regulations.
