The 'Tabadul' platform was created as a joint initiative between Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB), and then Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) joined them in the platform after signing the Memorandum of Understanding in September 2022, as this platform comes to achieve the pioneering vision in the long term to establish trading platforms in the region in order to Ensure market liquidity and permanent financial prosperity.

Tabadul platform is a major regional platform that aims to deepen joint cooperation and make a quantum leap in enhancing liquidity and providing a larger number of different investment financial tools and service packages by facilitating and developing trading mechanisms in the markets, hoping in the future to include most of the Arab and foreign markets.

Established on the mutual market access model, Tabadul enables investors to trade directly on the on boarded exchange through local authorized brokers.
